Recently a corporate agreement was signed between Union Bank PLC and Axentec PLC at the bank’s Head Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka.
In the presence of the of Managing Director & CEO of Union Bank PLC Mr. Mohd. Humayun Kabir and Chief Executive Officer of Axentec PLC Mr. Md. Adil Hossain Nobel, the head of the Corporate Affairs and Branding Division of Union Bank Mr. Abu Kawser and Chief Commercial Officer of Axentec PLC Mr. Abul Kalam Mohammad Nazmul Islam signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations, according to a press release.
Besides, Deputy Managing Directors of Union Bank Mr. Shafiuddin Ahmed, Mr. Md. Jahangir Alam and Mr. Mohammad Iqbal and Head of Corporate Business of Axentec PLC Mr. Md. Mahbubur Rahman Chowdhury, General Manager Mr. Saleh Md. Sadi and high officials of both organisations were present at the ceremony.
