Union Bank Training Institute organises day-long workshop

Union Bank Training Institute organized a day-long workshop on ‘Etiquette, Good Manners and Customer Service’.

Chairman of the Board of Directors of Union Bank PLC. Mr. Md. Fariduddin Ahmad inaugurated the workshop as the chief guest, according to a media release. 

Mr. Shafiuddin Ahmed, Managing Director (C.C)of the bank was present as special guest.

Mr. Md. HedayetUllah, Principal of the Training Institute presided over the workshop.

The chief guest chairman of the bank Mr. Md. Fariduddin Ahmad in his speech directed the participating employees to increase the reputation of the bank by gaining the trust of customers through acquiring professional knowledge, skills and elegant usage.
