United Commercial Bank PLC (UCB) has inaugurated a branch at Matlab Uttar in Chandpur.
Arif Quadri, Managing Director and CEO of UCB, inaugurated the 226th branch of the bank as chief guest on Tuesday (November 21), according to a media release.
Deputy Managing Directors of UCB- Md Shah Alam Bhuiyan, Mohammed Khorshed Alam, and ATM Tahmiduzzaman FCS, Head of Corporate Affairs and Brand Marketing Division Azad Abul Kalam were present at the event along with different executives of UCB Head office and Matlab Uttar, Chandpur branch.
Speaking on the occasion, Arif Quadri said that UCB has taken various initiatives to make banking services modern, safe, easy, and customer-friendly in the course of changing times.
“Along with banking services, implementation of welfare programmes in agriculture, education, health sector, and environmentally friendly green banking are sincerely practiced as part of corporate social responsibility”, he said.
He invited everyone to avail and enjoy cordial banking services from the Matlab Uttar, Chandpur branch of UCB, the release said.
