The 39th Annual General Meeting of United Insurance Company Limited was held on 30 April 2024 using a virtual platform, according to a press statement Sunday.
In the meeting, the shareholders approved 10 per cent cash dividend for the year 2023.
Chairman of the board Prof Dr Wahiuddin Mahmood and other directors attended the meeting.
