Walton has extended its replacement warranty on LED televisions from six months to one year.
Country's leading electronics brand said they made the decision after being 100 per cent confident of the quality of their products and customers satisfaction, said a press release received on Monday.
The new replacement facilities would be applicable from July 1 of the current year, added the release.
The official announcement of the extended replacement guarantee was given on Wednesday (July 12, 2017) at a programme at the conference hall of Walton media office in Dhaka's Motijheel.
Walton authorities said along with the replacement warranty, the customers will enjoy two-year warranty for panel and five-year free sales service.
Moreover, Walton authorities informed that they have installed latest state-of-the-art technology and machineries in their Gazipur factory with huge investment to ensure highest quality of their products.
In addition, the company has established country's largest television research and development department with highly qualified engineers who are working on the advancement of Walton televisions.
Besides, the production cost has been reduced due to the manufacturing of raw materials at its own factory and the customers are enjoying the benefits.
Executive Director and Chief Coordinator of Walton Marketing, Eva Rezwana, Executive Director (Policy, HRM & Admin) S.M. Zahid Hasan, In-charge of Walton LED TV Research & Development department, Forhad Hasan, Head of Walton TV Sourcing Engineering, Mostafa Nahid Hossain and Head of Walton TV Service Development, Braja Gopal Karmaker were present, among others.
