Egg—a super healthy food
I can not imagine any of my breakfasts without one egg.
An egg is a great source of high-quality protein. It is inexpensive and very easy to cook. The egg is also a great source of iron, vitamin D, B6, B12, and minerals etc. It is not only a wholesome food but also inexpensive and easily cooked.
Often we are in a rush during the morning time and during this time an egg can help meet our need. We can eat eggs in many ways. Many people have a misconception about egg and they avoid it. Eggs help us eat fewer calories, thus going a long way maintaining our weight and health.
We should encourage our children to eat eggs regularly as it will help them enrich their diet and make them stronger.
