An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.9 jolted 235 km SW of La Cruz de Loreto, Mexico at 20:43:04 GMT on Tuesday, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 18.72 degrees north latitude and 107.24 degrees west longitude.
