Earthquake hits Pakistan, tremors felt in India and Afghanistan

An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.8 jolted Pakistan at 12:58 pm (PKT) on Wednesday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicentre, with a depth of 10:00 km, was initially determined to be at 31.14 degrees north latitude and 70.72 degrees east longitude, reports Xinhua.
According to Indian media reports, the earthquake tremors were also felt across north India and Afghanistan.
