SAARC Journalist Forum President Lama meets former Home Minister Thapa

President of the SAARC Journalist Forum (SJF) Raju Lama met former Nepal Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa “Badal” on Wednesday.
During the meeting, SJF President Lama congratulated Thapa on his election as a Vice President of the CPN UML. Thapa was elected as the Vice President of CPN UML at the 11th Convention, which was held about a month ago, according to a media release.
Former Home Minister Thapa described the Zen-Z protest as a reactionary movement and urged all democratic forces to unite either to reinstate Parliament or to jointly move towards elections.
He also stated that Nepal is facing a major political crisis due to external interference and the prevailing geopolitical context.
Leader of the SAARC Journalist Forum Nepal Chapter Karan Tamrakar was also present at the meeting.
