Fuel tanker that rerouted from Cuba now discharging in Venezuela, data and source say

A fuel tanker that ​according to ship ‌tracking services loaded a Russia-origin cargo ​originally bound ​for Cuba began discharging ⁠on Thursday ​at an independently-owned ​terminal in Venezuela, according to vessel monitoring data ​and a ​source.

The Hong Kong-flagged vessel ‌Sea ⁠Horse rerouted last month to Venezuela after remaining ​stuck ​for ⁠weeks in the Atlantic ​Ocean amid the ​U.S. ⁠oil blockade against Cuba.
