Bangladesh Bank (BB) has said the willful defaulters will be banned from travelling abroad.
Besides, they will not be issued any new trade licences and will be ineligible for any kind of state award or honour, the central bank said in a circular.
The Banking Regulations and Policy Department (BRPD) of the BB asked all banks to identify and finalise willful defaulters.
