NEC approves Tk 1.73 trillion ADP for FY19

The National Economic Council (NEC) has approved a Tk 1.73 trillion worth of Annual Development Programme (ADP) for the next fiscal year (FY19).

The approval came at a meeting at the NEC conference room with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the chair on Thursday.

While briefing the media about the meeting, Planning Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal said that Tk 78.69 billion were also allocated for the autonomous and semi-autonomous agencies.

Out of Tk 1.73 trillion outlay, Tk 600 billion will come from the external resources while the rest from the government's internal resources.
