Dhaka University to hold online classes amid intense heat wave

Dhaka University (DU) authorities have decided to hold classes on online platforms to avoid health risks amid severe heat waves prevailing over the country.
According to a press release issued on Sunday, the university said online classes will continue until further notice.
The university authorities also mentioned some hygiene rules, including wearing white or light-coloured loose cotton clothes, staying in shaded areas as much as possible and drinking pure water to avoid health risks.
