NSU's Department of Architecture celebrates Dhrupad 6

The Department of Architecture at North South University (NSU) has recently celebrated Dhrupod 6, its signature cultural programme with a rich and vibrant array of lights, colours and captivating performances by the students and teachers.

The progranne was organised by the department students and teachers on Thursday last (March 7, 2024), according to a press release.

The programme featured a rich tapestry of cultural expressions, including traditional, classical, folk, and contemporary music and dance performances, poetry recitals, and a poignant play from Bengali literature.

Chairperson of the Department of Architecture at NSU Dr Nandini Awal, alongside all department directors, faculty members, administrative staff, students, and alumni from across the university, was present.

Architecture faculty members Dr Saiful Islam and Amity Kundu guided the execution of Dhrupad 6, while title sponsor Hatch Limited and silver sponsors Tilottoma Bengla Group, Tayeba Builders Limited, Peristyle Architects, and Bohu supported the event.
