Role: Core HR Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be the contact person from Core HR for all the departments (Business Partner).
  • Assist HoD in reviewing job descriptions and organizational change.
  • Maintain communication with the Accounts department regarding salary information, increment, incentive, bonus, new hires, and other relevant aspects.
  • Ensure all aspects of legal compliance and adherence to Bangladesh Labor Law Acts where necessary.
  • Assist HoD in formulating HR policy.
  • Manage payroll of the entire employee base in the HRIS software.
  • Maintain and update the HRIS system to ensure the accuracy of data of new hires, transfers, entry and exit time, etc.
  • Be the first contact point of the HRIS vendor for all updates and changes.
  • Prepare and maintain all communication aspects including employment, salary increment, transfer, promotion, termination, and work experience letters.
  • Maintain talent acquisition from posting job ads to onboarding.
  • Maintain roster schedule of the front desk executives.
  • Maintain and update all legal documents of the consultants.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed university (local or international), preferably majoring in Human Resources, Management, Business, or any other relevant field.
  • Familiarity with health care and the hospital industry will be given preference.
  • Experience Requirements: 2 to 3 years (s).

  • Age 25 to 35 years.

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
