Role: Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and plan for TAAGA and TAAGAMAN designs, develop youth design concepts on a seasonal/ events basis, and execution of design planning through coordinating with different stakeholders.
• Develop the process, which includes market research, mood board creation, developing the design of the theme, sketching, and scheduling implementation in alignment with the yearly projection.
• Ensure youth trend research, sketching, fabric selection, and interfacing for the right products.
• Manage design processes to ensure timely delivery of designs as per production planning.
• Visualize and determine strategic direction for in-time design and production in conjunction with supply chain departments and production management units/parties.
• Supervise TAAGA and TAAGAMAN photoshoots for different seasons and campaigns aligned with marketing and branding plans to enhance brand image.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor Degree (preferably in Fashion Design) from any reputed university.

Additional Requirements:

• Age at least 28 years.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Fashion/ Product design.
• Knowledge of fabric, patterns, embroideries, dye, and prints.
• Ability to anticipate changes in fashion trends for fashion forecasting.
• Sense of style, fashion, fabric, color, and technical aspects.
• Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
• Analytical ability and creativity for innovative design and conceptualization.
