Role: QA and Sr. QA Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Create test plans based on system requirements, design, and test the system.
• Report defects to developers, provide the necessary information and follow up until modifications are completed.
• Analyze the system's quality to determine whether it is good enough to be released, and if necessary, plan quality improvement measures and instruct them to the developers.
• Automate testing and reduce the man-hours required for higher quality assurance.
• Improve developers' quality awareness and quality control techniques to reduce the number of defects.
• Review requirement definitions and design documents and point out problems.
• Manage the QA team.
• Understand the skills and aptitude of each QA engineer and create an optimal allocation of staff and schedule.
• Monitor all projects' quality status and progress from a broad perspective and adjust personnel assignments and schedules according to the situation.
• Report, communicate, and coordinate with overseas office members.
• Improve the QA process.
• Research and evaluate the latest testing technologies and tools and adapt them to each project if useful.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE.
• Skills Required: QA, QA Automation, QA Testing, Software Development, Software Testing, SQA.
• Experience Requirements: At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): QA, QA Automation, Software Development, Software Testing, and SQA.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, Travel Agent.

Additional Requirements:                                           

• Age 25 to 40 years.
• The candidate must have solid ENGLISH Communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
• Knowledge of travel, tourism, and software development.
• Hardworking, passionate, Punctual, and Time management.
• Excellent understanding of OOP and Design Patterns and Principles.
• MySQL, AWS, GCP, Git, Backlog, Slack.
• Analytical skills and advanced arithmetic skills are required.
• The quality-minded approach throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Approaching very structured and systematic work.
• Ensuring the systems are functioning properly and helping the business run smoothly.
• Responsibilities for the deadline and quality of the services.
• Knowledge about testing of ReactJS/Vue.js, Android(Java/Kotlin), iOS(Objective-C/Swift), Java/Kotlin for Web, or PHP(Lavavel) technologies will be considered a plus point.

Job Location: Dhaka.
