Role: Head of Marketing and Brand Communication

Job Responsibilities:     

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and brand communication strategies tailored to all Apex’s SBU, aligning with overall business goals and enhancing brand visibility.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive online traffic and customer acquisition.
  • Come up with new ideas and design tools to keep the interactive and engaging (video/quiz/activity, etc.)
  • Oversee the creation and execution of innovative brand campaigns that strengthen our market position and drive consumer engagement.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges and use insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and executive leadership, to ensure cohesive and integrated brand messaging.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  • Set clear performance metrics and KPIs for marketing initiatives, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
  • Planned, led, and executed all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising: Online Advertising, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Website Management.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
  • 10 to 12 years of experience in branding and marketing, as well as the digital market, with a proven ability to lead successful teams and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Experience with digital marketing, media planning, and brand management. 

Additional Requirements: 

  • Age 30 to 45 years. 

Job Location: Banani, Dhaka.

Salary: Negotiable.
