Role: Site Acquisition Manager

Job responsibility:

  • Lead the site Survey teams and manage the site survey in time.
  • Dealing with Authority and Critical site acquisition
  • Dealing different MNO’s regarding SAQ
  • Supporting for strategic decision regarding SAQ Process for special sites like Street Pole/ Sign board etc.
  • Ensure the required permission for site building from different Authority.
  • Ensure the site acquisition within time frame and deliver the contract to the Deployment team.
  •  Lead and manage Site Survey vendors and get the sites in the desired location.
  • Develop relationship with Landlords and make the smooth site acquisition and rental payment.
  • Check the legal papers of the land or house on/before the contract signing
  • Ensure timely rental payment for all sites.
  • Dealing with any kind of issues/ disputes escalates at sites with a view to resolving as fast as possible.
  • Assist Deployment and O&M team to get access to the site and ensure reduction of Access Outage due to non-receipt of the rental or other issues related to House owner or landowner.
  • Resolve any legal or site related issues raised by landowner or Deployment/O&M team.
  • Monitor and provide guidelines to vendors to get new sites to build for all Customers.
  • Coordinate with ATC internal project, stakeholders and customers and pursue site option, TSSR and final approval.
  • Oversee the milestones of SR, SO & RFC
  • Identify potential vendors and do the evaluations, selection, development & management of the vendor.
  •  Maintain documentation and do the needed communication with SAQ vendors and customers for continuous updates.
  • Arrange different meetings, events and trainings and knowledge sharing sessions.
  • Support Head of Operations and Project Manager with various sites administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  •  Masters’ degree in any qualification (LL.B. will be preferred)
  • Minimum of 12-15 years of experience working in MNO or Tower Company in Site Acquisition and Contract management
  •  Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
