Role: Executive and Senior Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) by relevant standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or other applicable regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with QMS requirements and identify areas for improvement. This involves planning and executing internal audits, analyzing audit findings, and driving corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and revise quality policies, procedures, and work instructions. Work closely with departments to ensure that processes align with the QMS and drive consistency in quality practices across the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to employees at all levels of the organization to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement. This includes training employees on quality-related topics, providing clarification on QMS requirements, and promoting a proactive approach to quality management.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of the QMS. Identify trends or issues that require corrective action and work with relevant stakeholders to implement improvements.
- Lead or participate in investigations of non-conformities, customer complaints, and other quality-related incidents. Determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions to address underlying issues.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits. Ensure timely completion of audit findings and effective implementation of corrective actions. Collaborate with auditors to address any non-compliance issues and improve the QMS.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends related to quality management systems. Research and analyze changes in regulations and standards, and provide recommendations for process enhancements or changes as needed.
- Support the training and development of employees on quality-related topics. This includes conducting training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs to enhance employee understanding of QMS requirements, documentation, and relevant processes.
- Ensure overall continual improvement of the company's QMS by actively seeking opportunities for improvement, encouraging employee engagement in quality initiatives, and monitoring the effectiveness of implemented changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline). A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience Requirements: At least 5 years (s).
Additional Requirements:
- Age at least 32 years.
- Only males are allowed to apply.
- Lead Auditor Training Course at ISO 9001:2015 QMS; Lead Auditor Course in other standards will be a plus.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of quality management systems, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in quality management, preferably in a regulated industry such as Oil and Gas, FMCG, or heavy manufacturing industry.
- Experience in assisting and conducting internal and external audits, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/preventive actions.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or patterns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate quality-related concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QMS.
- Proficiency in using quality management software or tools for documentation, data analysis, and reporting.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Quality Manager (CQM) are highly desirable.
- At least 3 years of experience is required for an Executive, and at least 5 years of experience is required for Senior Executive.
