Role: Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:     

Merchant Lifecycle Management:

  • Initiate and execute comprehensive strategies for merchant lifecycle management, including onboarding, growth acceleration, retention, and win-back programs.
  • Ensure flawless DEXTER (Field Force Management Tool) related tasks’ compilation and execution (Route Creation, Base Tagging, Credential Management, Field Force Profile Creation/Maintenance).
  • Coordinate to ensure fluidity of assigned tasks (Mapping Files, Pillar Files, etc).
  • Coordinate tasks related to Trade Marketing Officer (TMO) Operation, Biponon, Trade Letter Bills, etc.

Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze merchant performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize merchant lifecycle stages.

Team Leadership:

  • Support and collaborate with the Commercial strategy team and Regional Merchant Development Team.

Merchant Success:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, strategy and customer service) to enhance merchant experience and drive overall channel success.

Process Optimization:

  • Continuously evaluate and optimize merchant lifecycle processes to improve efficiency, reduce churn, and increase merchant satisfaction.

Innovation:

  • Identify and implement innovative strategies to enhance merchant value and drive channel growth.

Industry Trends:

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in merchant lifecycle management to ensure bKash remains competitive.

Reporting:

  • Assisted in creating reports, preparing strategic presentation decks, and compiling day-to-day trackers.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).
  • Experience: 3 to 6 years.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Banks, Investment/Merchant Banking, IT Enabled Service, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup.

Additional Requirements: 

Merchant Development Life Cycle Management:

  • Must have proven experience in Merchant Development lifecycle management or a similar role within the relevant or similar industry.
  • Skills and Expertise: Strong communication and collaboration skills,
  • Expertise in Customer Lifecycle Management and Customer Support/Client Service; Proficiency in data analysis, presentation, and advanced analytical skills; Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Excellent organizational and project management skills; Experience with SQL and Tableau.
