Role: Admin Assistant
Job Responsibilities
- Report to senior management and perform secretarial and administrative duties.
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Answers phone calls in English schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Data entry, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
- Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar and sending reminders.
- Copy, scan, and fax documents, as well as take notes.
- Organize facilities for scheduled events and arrange refreshments, if required.
- Organize and plan meetings. Take notes and write minutes during meetings.
- Prepare any research that the reporting manager may require.
- Ability to do tasks with confidence as assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Administration, Communication, Computer skill
- Experience Requirements 1 to 2 years (s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Administration, Office Management
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Call Centers, Consulting Firms
- Age 22 to 30 years

- Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Documentation, File management, Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, Internet Browsing, Google search works, Meeting Management, Personal Secretary, very good in English writing and speaking
