Role: Deputy Assistant Manager (Security)

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise the operational activities of the assigned zone.
• Coordinate with the clients of the concerned post and collect feedback reports.
• Find out potential clients and increase posts.
• Initiate and solve day-to-day operational issues.
• Promote excellent customer care through liaison and regular consultation.
• Conduct investigation for any incident or accident.
• Adjust posting of the field force employees as per requirement.
• Perform regular post-visits as per plan and urgency.
• Motivate, counsel, and handle grievances of field forces.
• Ensure annual performance evaluation of the team.
• Identify training needs and conduct training accordingly.
• Coordination security service for various events.

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduation from any discipline from a recognized university (BBA, Public Administration, Criminology will get preference.)

Additional Requirements:

• Age at most 32 years.
• Must have personnel management and good leadership skills.
• Should know security risk assessment and security survey.
• Good communication skills, hardworking, and energetic.

Job Location: Dhaka.

Salary: Negotiable.
