Role: Head of Human Resources

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet current and future organizational needs.
  • Implement talent management strategies to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees. Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, regular performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to design and implement training programs.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues in compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
  • Managing wage administration, overtime, and final settlement on time and accurately, and MIS to provide manpower-related reports as and when required.
  • Any employee handles the legal matters of the company in court and with other authorities in case of misappropriation.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences. Collaborate with various departments to ensure events are executed seamlessly.
  • Manage all Admin-related activities to ensure the best utilization of resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management.
  • Experience Requirements: At least 10 years (s).
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Administrative Management, Human Resource Management, and Performance Appraisal Management.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals.

Additional Requirements:

  • Age at least 35 years.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
  • Self-motivated and to have capability accepting challenges and aptitude delivery.

 

Job Location: Dhaka.

Salary: Negotiable.
