Role: Assistant Manager - Corporate HR
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct and monitor performance management systems and create the annual appraisal calendar, manage the communication with employees, and ensure that each activity in the appraisal process is executed within the specified time frame and as per defined guidelines.
- Lead the development of innovative OD and learning and development projects, programs, and initiatives for the development of the organization's culture and values, management of change, employee engagement and wellbeing, leadership capability, and all employee development-related initiatives.
- Identify the Best Practices and disseminate information about the organization's knowledge-sharing program.
- Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
- To design and deliver a range of training opportunities for employees including face-to-face workshops, online tutorials, and web-based resources.
- To identify opportunities for performance improvement through, for example, undertaking internal diagnosis, and process/system reviews to understand barriers and possible solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP uses.
- Demonstrable knowledge of online learning design and development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
