Job Responsibilities:     

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the performance management system, ensuring it aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Continuously refine performance management processes, tools, and policies to enhance effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment of performance management with business strategy.
  • Lead the annual performance review cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations.
  • Ensure timely completion of all performance management activities across the organization.
  • Provide training and support to managers and employees on performance management processes and tools.
  • Assist in the development of SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals at the individual, team, and organizational levels.
  • Ensure that individual performance objectives are aligned with broader organizational goals.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and development opportunities.
  • Generate regular performance management reports for leadership, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  • Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of performance management data.
  • Identify and implement best practices in performance management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in performance management systems and processes.
  • Solicit feedback from employees and managers to continually improve the performance management experience.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Professional certification in KPI will be an added advantage.
  • Must have proven experience in KPI implementation.
  • Experience: At least 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Telecommunication, Garments, Textile, Buying House, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Garments Accessories, Tiles/Ceramic, Spinning.

Additional Requirements: 

  • Must have proven experience in KPI setting and implementation.
  • Professional expertise in MS Excel and Power BI will be preferred.

Job Location: Dhaka.

Salary: Negotiable.
