Role: Architect

Job Responsibilities

Develop concept and detailed designs and drawings for both Interior and Exterior work.
Prepare and develop Architectural layouts, elevations, cross-sections, etc., in compliance with all architectural guidelines and standards.
Maintain all architectural drawings, plans, client specifications, and survey notes in an organized manner.
Knowledge in drafting Drawing and Estimation.
Should have a rich design understanding and sufficient knowledge of the raw material used.
Highly skilled in Sketch-up, 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD 2D, 3D, Photoshop, and Graphics for preparing detailed interior and architectural models with V-Ray or Lumion rendering.
Assist and support the engineering team in the execution of architectural processes and issues.
Coordinate with clients regarding design-related issues through meetings.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements:

Sc. in Civil Engineering from any Public university.
Experience Requirements: 3 to 7 years (s).
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Architectural Firm, Industrial Projects, Interior and Exterior Design, LUMION, Real Estate, SketchUp, VRAY.

Additional Requirements:

Age 25 to 40 years.

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3D Visualization, Animation, 3D Studio Max, Lumion, SketchUp, V-Ray, Architecture, Auto CAD Designing, Drafting, Interior Design, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, etc.
Additional certificates or licences will be appreciated.
Must-Have Full Membership of IAB / Signatory of any authority drawing.
Great leadership and organizational skills.
Great written and verbal communication skills.
