Role: Business Development Executive and Sr. Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve the plan by attracting new customers, increasing corporate sales, and developing and executing direct marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain client relations and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist customers with their problems and build relationships with both existing and new customers.
  • Make sure the Sales, L/C, and Payment release from the customer is all in order.
  • Visit potentially direct sales customers and meet the monthly individual sales objectives.
  • In charge of market research, product development, pricing, communication, acquisition, market planning, competitor information, market demands, and other objectives.
  • To ensure customer service and maintain good interaction between clients and internal cross-functional divisions/ departments.
  • Provide a high level of "customer service" to all clients.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
  • Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect Sales.
  • Any other task as and when assigned by the competent authority.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Business Studies (MBS)
  • Experience Requirements:1 to 5 year(s)
  • Age 25 to 33 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand communication strategy, Corporate Sales (B2B Business), Excellent sales and negotiation skills, Market Development, Sales & Marketing.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chemical Industries, Garments Accessories, Indenting Firms, Packaging Industry, Plastic/ Polymer Industry.
  • The job will require lots of clients (b2b) visits.
  • We will give preference to applicants with hands-on experience in corporate sales,
  • Must be active, clever, and enthusiastic.
  • Must have an aggressive selling attitude,
  • Should have skills in business communication,
  • Should have excellent presentation skills,
  • Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, Web browsing),
  • Be able to respond well to pressure and think creatively.
  • Should be good at writing and speaking English.

 

Job Location: Dhaka.

Employment Status: Full-time, Contractual

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
