Role: Cluster Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales and service-related targets for the assigned cluster.
  • Formulate plans for conducting day-to-day sales activities and drive for business growth to capture market share of the cluster.
  • Develop and manage stakeholders as per the company guidelines.
  • Ensure availability of GP products and services at trade to ensure best-in-class customer experience.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the third-party sales force for executing plans.
  • Regular market visits to ensure smooth operation and visibility in respective clusters.
  • Build and demonstrate understanding and movement of the market and industry to create a future growth hub.
  • Formulate cluster business plan for overall market capability development.
  • Coordinate within and outside the organization and manage projects as and when required.
  • Granular performance monitoring, call for support, and collaboration to deliver incremental.
  • Collaborate in techno-commercial approach to plan BTS deployment and faster monetization.
  • Strong ownership to drive digital capabilities in the value chain to build a touch-free future-fit operating model.
  • Ensure health, safety, and security in the working environment. Take action in case of violation, as per the given guidance. Maintain Telenor COC and compliance in case of daily operation.
  • Maintain healthy business relations with the distributor and discuss the ROI of partners and investment requirements for running the business.
  • Ensure on-time and error-free reporting to line function and internal stakeholders when required.
  • Track and report competition activities to line function.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Master, preferably in business, from a reputed university.
  • Relevant experience working directly in the Sales and Distribution function
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical ability.
  • Vast knowledge and a very good understanding of the Telco market.
  • Well-conversed with the challenges of the distribution process.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Good Presentation Skills.
  • Good planning and organizing skills.
