Role:  Sr. Manager and AGM for Fish Technical (Techno-Marketing)

Job Responsibilities: 

• Train and develop fish feed technical team to Design, implement, and facilitate annual sales and technical plans.
• Provide technical or any other support to the dealers and fishery projects regarding sales.
• Support and train the sales and marketing team to gather the technical know-how of fish feed.
• Expand new market areas and increase the sales volume to achieve company revenue and profit targets with proper planning and execution.
• Coordinate and propose suggestions to verify and develop fish quality upon analyzing different factors and difficulties.
• Visit and monitor trial fish farms and identify the FCR and focus the farmers on the FCR; if necessary, assistance is to be given to the farmers as well.
• Identify the suitable areas/water bodies at different locations and factories and suggest fishery projects.
• Provide technical and sales information, presentation, and support to the farms and fisheries as needed.
• Training and development of sales staff, as well as fisheries regarding fish feeds management.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical team to analyze and solve problems coming from fisheries, dealers, and customers.
• Execute all marketing and technical activities as per the set plan of the organization.
• Ready to take on additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management.
• Perform any other tasks from time to time assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• B.Sc in Fisheries.
• Experience Requirements: 8 to 10 years (s).
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fish Breeding, Marketing (Fish Feed, and Technical Support (Poultry Fish).

Additional Requirements:

• Age at least 35 years.
• Dynamic, passionate, and high energy to lead and motivate the team.
• Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to deliver effective product guidelines for multiple projects at a time.
• Experience in overseeing Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Excellent negotiating and analytical Skills.
• Should have sound knowledge of MS Applications.
• Should have a positive mentality to work outside Dhaka.

Job Location: Dhaka.

Salary: Negotiable.
