Infinia Group is one of the leading and rapidly growing Textiles in Bangladesh.

Role: General Manager (Finance and Accounts)

Job Responsibilities: 

• Provide analytical and operational support for the financial performance of the assigned Business Units.
• Planned, forecasted, analyzed, and reviewed financial/performance data for assigned Business Units.
• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports are submitted to Management.
• Handle the complete finance, Accounts, Tax, VAT, RJSC, and other company legal issues.
• Finalise Accounts and liaise with auditors.
• Management of financial queries daily to predict challenges, plug out inefficiencies and advise and guide top-level management for strategic decision-making.
• Look after periodic return submissions, hearings, and assessments in the Tax and VAT Authority.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Oversee Costing, Fund Management, Investment, budget, Production analysis, Inventory, Business planning analysis, new project analysis, Cost control, and Asset Management of all assigned Business Units.

Requirements:

• FCA or FCMA qualified members.
• BBA/MBA major in Accounting or Finance from any reputed university institution.
• Experience Requirements: 12-15 years experience in the Accounting and Finance field with at least 5 years of experience in the capacity of GM.  

Additional Requirements:

• The person should have exposure to accounts finalization, liaising with auditors, and management reporting.
• Applicants should have experience in Chemical Industry, Manufacturing Companies.
• Strong analytical and financial skills and practical knowledge of government rules and regulations related to Company Law, Taxation, VAT, and Banking.
• Exceptional problem-solving, verbal and written communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Computer literacy to run simulations and conduct ongoing research.

Job Location: Dhaka or Chattagram.

Salary: Negotiable
