Role: Manager 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the company, including office management, facilities maintenance, and administrative support services.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage the procurement process, including sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, monitoring performance and resolving issues as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to identify procurement needs and requirements, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and strategic objectives.
  • Conduct regular reviews of procurement processes and practices to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to meet operational needs while minimizing excess inventory and costs.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on procurement activities, expenditures, and savings, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements related to procurement and administration.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to administrative and procurement staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications are preferred.
  • 4-5 years of experience in administration, procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or related fields. 

Additional Requirements:

  •  Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with different stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to support organizational goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in procurement software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools and applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. 

Job Location: Gulshan 2, Dhaka. 

Salary: Negotiable.
