Role: Executive Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Managing Director and CEO's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prioritize daily activities, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
- Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence, providing timely responses or redirecting as appropriate.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and agenda preparation.
- Act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and distribute official communications on behalf of the Managing Director and CEO.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Manage and organize official documents, contracts, and records.
- Maintain an efficient filing system for easy retrieval of information.
- Undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required by the Managing Director and CEO.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Additional Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
Job Location: Gulshan 1, Dhaka.
