Role: Executive Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Managing Director and CEO's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prioritize daily activities, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
  • Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence, providing timely responses or redirecting as appropriate.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and agenda preparation.
  • Act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and distribute official communications on behalf of the Managing Director and CEO.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Manage and organize official documents, contracts, and records.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system for easy retrieval of information.
  • Undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required by the Managing Director and CEO.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Additional Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.

 

Job Location: Gulshan 1, Dhaka.

Salary: As per company policy.
