Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various channels to source and attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' suitability for the position.
  • Manage the interview process, including scheduling, coordinating with hiring managers, and providing timely feedback to candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with the hiring manager to understand his/her staffing needs and priorities.
  • Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of relevant work experience in high-volume recruitment, especially in the BPO industry.
  • Experience with hiring freelancers or contractual employees is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
