Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize various channels to source and attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' suitability for the position.
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling, coordinating with hiring managers, and providing timely feedback to candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with the hiring manager to understand his/her staffing needs and priorities.
- Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1-4 years of relevant work experience in high-volume recruitment, especially in the BPO industry.
- Experience with hiring freelancers or contractual employees is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
