Role: Psychologist

Job Responsibilities:

• Psychologists are responsible for selecting appropriate psychometric tests based on the purpose of the assessment, the population being assessed, and the specific attributes or abilities being measured.
• Administering psychometric tests involves following standardized protocols and instructions to ensure consistency across test administrations. Psychometric assessors need to create a comfortable testing environment and provide clear instructions to the individuals being assessed.
• After administering the tests, psychologists are responsible for scoring the tests accurately and interpreting the results. This includes comparing the individual's scores to relevant norms or benchmarks to understand their performance relative to a specific population.
• Psychologists need to prepare comprehensive and well-written assessment reports that summarize the results of the psychometric tests. These reports typically include an overview of the assessment process, the individual's test scores, interpretations, and recommendations for further action or interventions.
• Psychologists must follow ethical guidelines and ensure the confidentiality of the assessment results.
• This includes maintaining objectivity, avoiding biases, respecting the rights and dignity of the individuals being assessed, and using the assessment results responsibly and ethically. They need to obtain informed consent from the individuals being assessed and handle the data securely and responsibly.
• Maintain a constructive working relationship with team members.

Requirements:

• A master's degree in Psychology / Clinical psychology / Counseling Psychology/ Education psychology from any recognized institution.
• Experience Requirements: At least 1 year(s).

Additional Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a psychologist.
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting psychometric assessments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines related to psychology practice.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
