Job Responsibilities: 

• Manpower planning, and lead the talent acquisition activities. 
• Coordinate the L and D functions, and initiate training for clinical and non-clinical employees.
• Oversee the Compensation and Benefits activities.
• Solving the grievance issue inside the hospital, and maintaining a strong relationship with employees. 
• Ensure employee engagement and employer branding activities.
• Guide management for Performance Management and run Annual Performance Activities.
• Closely work with the management for Talent Management activity.
• Look after Administrative tasks and support the leadership team.

Requirements:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Masters degree in any discipline
• MBA in HRM or, Master in any subject with a Post-Graduate Diploma in HRM (PGDHRM)
• Experience Requirements: 8 to 10 years (s).

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Compensation and Benefits Management, Human Resource Management, Learning and Development, and Talent Acquisition.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Hospital, Group of Companies, Multinational Company.
