Role: Manager and Sr. Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Planning, Developing, Implementing, and Managing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system’s life-cycle Capture stakeholders’ requirements, analyze the same, and work with technology partners to fulfill the requirement.
  • Work with stakeholders and leadership team to implement new systems, change requests fulfillment, and project management as per business plan and strategic need.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets while recommending improvements to various business processes. Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs and lead the implementation of new organizational process aligned with ERP configuration
  • Work to provide SOPs and reports to identify and resolve management reports and data integrity issues.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate risks and opportunities as well as oversee and resolve any possible disputes.
  • Capacity planning in line with business growth and ensuring technology readiness accordingly.
  • Act as a counselor, coach, support and assist the internal ERP stakeholders at the head office as well as at field offices.
  • Ensure service availability, focus on cost efficiency without impacting service quality, and efficient management of Brac Dairy ERP and other applications.
  • Support in preparation and establishment of budget  business plan by the enterprise business plan to achieve Technology objectives
  • Work closely with technology vendors and partners to ensure the best solution with cost-efficient operations for Brac Dairy
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.

Requirements:

  • The candidate should have a B.Sc / M.Sc degree in Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology or any other similar subject with a minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations from any recognized institution. (Any professional degree/training/certification in Finance and Accounting will be given preference).
  • Experience Requirements: At least 10 years (s).

Additional Requirements: 

  • Age at least 28 years.
  • Development, Implementation, and Operations of ERP applications (Dairy and Foods, Artificial Insemination, Nursery, Fisheries, Printing, Seeds, and Agro industries preferred).
  • IT Project Management (PMP/Prince2/Agile).
  • IT Service Management (ITIL framework).
  • IT solution procurement (SOW preparation, vendor and solution evaluation), Leadership skills, Interpersonal relationships, Communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Must have extensive knowledge of ERP and other Enterprise Applications.
  • Understanding of Business processes (procurement, production, inventory management, sales, and distribution, finance, and accounting, management reporting, etc.) in the Dairy and Foods, Artificial Insemination, Nursery, Fisheries, Printing, Seeds, and Agro industries.
  • Knowledge of application architecture, database architecture, infrastructure platforms, and Software development life-cycle.
  • Updated with modern technology trends in relevant domains.
  • In-depth Analytical ability.
  • Must respect and maintain organizational values and policies.
  • Ability to identify and analyze complex issues.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
  • Age, education, and experience may be relaxed in the case of potential candidates.
