Role: Engineer and Sr. Engineer - Electrical
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring proper schedule of Maintenance and monitoring it. Make a problem list before the scheduled maintenance date and try to solve it permanently to maintain more effective production and less consumption of spare parts.
- Coordinating with management for better production results.
- Observe the department planning daily. Execute permanent solution to the problem on schedule time. Skillful communication with production officer, and supervisor and suggesting the options for our company.
- Ensuring zero electric hazards and proper PPE during work.
- Developing manpower skills for proper utilization of work.
- Monitoring and keeping close observation of Root cause analysis of a problem and solving it.
- Executing Smooth Operation of LAWER Plant, ET, WTP, Thermal Boiler, etc. by monitoring machines’ performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly problem lists and take necessary action under the supervision of the Line Manager.
- Assist in training for machine safety and maintenance for all employees;
- Work on modification whether needed concerning less consumption of power but more longevity with the system.
- • Daily, monthly, and yearly follow-up of the Nirapon Audit calendar and Planning for executing audit work. Make a documentary film of Nirapon audit work Yearly Calendar.
- Follow up and Execute work of Yearly LPS System, Cable Insulation (IR) Test, and Ground Earthing Test of the System and make a document of it;
- Any other job assigned by management.
Requirements:
- BSc in EEE from any reputed university such as BUET, CUET, KUET, RUET, SUST, IUT, AUST, etc.
- Female Candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in related fields from any similar industries will be preferred.
- Team player, independent, positive attitude, highly motivated, and result oriented.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and speaking in English.
- Well, conversant in MS Office.
- Willing to stay at the factory site.
