Role: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing and Implementing Digital Marketing Strategies:

Identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and convert prospects into customers.

Developing and refining overarching digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals.

Conducting SWOT analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and threats.

  • Social Media Management:

Managing and growing the company's presence on various social media platforms.

Creating and curating engaging content for social media.

Monitoring and responding to social media comments, messages, and mentions.

  • Content Marketing:

Developing and implementing content strategies that align with marketing goals.

Creating and optimizing content for various digital channels, such as websites, blogs, and social media.

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Conducting keyword research and optimizing website content to improve search engine rankings.

Monitoring and analyzing website performance using SEO tools.

  • Email Marketing:

Designing and executing email campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.

Analyzing email campaign performance and making recommendations for improvement.

  • Paid Advertising:

Managing and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.

Monitoring ad performance, adjusting budgets, and making recommendations for improvements.

  • Analytics and Reporting:

Utilizing analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

Generating regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and making data-driven recommendations.

  • Market Research:

Conducting market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.

Staying informed about industry developments and emerging digital marketing trends.

Proactively identifying and implementing emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Experimenting with new tools and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

Working closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals.

Leading and mentoring junior members of the digital marketing team.

  • Budget Management:

Managing the digital marketing budget efficiently and making data-driven decisions to allocate resources effectively.

  • Brand Management:

Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.

Monitoring online reputation and addressing any issues or concerns.

  • Continuous Learning:

Staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Participating in training programs and conferences to enhance skills.

  • Campaign Management:

Overseeing end-to-end execution of digital campaigns, ensuring they align with strategic objectives.

Optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI and efficiency.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

Identifying opportunities to enhance website and landing page conversion rates.

Implementing A/B testing and user experience improvements.

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Integrating digital marketing efforts with CRM systems for improved lead nurturing and customer retention.

Analyzing customer data to personalize marketing campaigns.

  • Marketing Automation:

Implementing and managing marketing automation platforms for more efficient and personalized communication.

Creating and optimizing automated workflows.

  • International Marketing:

Developing and implementing strategies for global markets.

Adapting campaigns for different cultures and languages.

  • Risk Management:

Identifying potential risks in digital marketing strategies and implementing mitigation plans.

Staying informed about legal and ethical considerations in digital marketing.

  • Vendor and Agency Management:

Collaborating with external vendors and agencies to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Negotiating contracts and managing relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science and Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, bachelor's degree in communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years.

Additional Requirements:                           

  • Age 24 to 30 years.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of practical experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience with planning and executing digital marketing campaigns is highly valued.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw insights from various analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or other analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
  • Knowledge of keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategies.
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing social media profiles.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute content marketing strategies.
  • Experience in creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and best practices.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to come up with innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
  • Design skills or familiarity with graphic design tools may be a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate marketing strategies effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with using various digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Willingness to adapt to changes in the digital landscape and industry trends.
  • Ability to pivot strategies based on performance metrics and market dynamics.

Salary: 30000 - 40000 BDT.
