Role: HR Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs aligning with the university's vision and values. The candidate must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. The HR Manager shall be responsible for furnishing HR and administrative support to the Vice Chancellor as and when required.
  • In addition, the candidate will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance and support to the Board of Trustees and Faculty members on a wide range of HR-related matters. These include handling employee relations issues, leave management, salary disbursement, final settlement, designing performance improvement plans, implementing disciplinary actions, and facilitating conflict resolution with tact and sensitivity.

Requirements: 

  • Must have an MBA/Master's degree with a major in HR.
  • Experience Requirements: At least 10 years (s).

Additional Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in human resources management at a recognized University, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is essential for this role.

Job Location: Dhaka 

Salary: Negotiable.
