Vacancy Type: HR Business Partner – Quality Team

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to executing HR strategies with focus on the quality team.

  • Partner in manpower planning, focusing on the maintenance of a backup manpower pool to ensure that no resource gap is happening in the quality team.

  • Consult with the Divisional Quality Manager (DQM), Quality Assurance Manager (QAM), In-Line Supervisor and team members to identify and analyze learning needs, and develop the Strategic and Unit learning plans for the assigned QC team.

  • Fully deliver all HR interventions to the function through professional execution of HR strategies and processes (i.e. Recruitment and Selection, Performance management, Culture initiatives, resignations, Grievances, etc.) for the team.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

  • Graduate in Human Resource Management or relevant degree from a reputed university

  • At least 6 years’ experience as HRBP or in the Human Resources department in similar role in Factory setting or Buying Office in the Apparel industry.
