Role: Mechanical Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
Designing and Developing Machinery:
Mechanical engineers are involved in designing and developing machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process. They may create 2D or 3D models, conduct simulations, and analyze the feasibility of designs to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
Mechanical engineers are responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the machinery and equipment in the factory. They may conduct regular inspections, perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and fix mechanical issues, and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and replacements.
Process Improvement:
Mechanical engineers often analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement. They may propose and implement modifications to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, increase productivity, or improve product quality. This can involve optimizing workflows, redesigning machine components, or implementing automation technologies.
Quality Control and Assurance:
Mechanical engineers play a crucial role in quality control and assurance processes. They may develop and implement quality standards, inspect finished products, conduct tests and measurements, and analyze data to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
Project Management:

Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
A BSc. in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
Skills Required: Ability to work under pressure, Excellent communication skills, Smart Presentation Skills.
Experience Requirements: 3 to 5 years (s).
Additional Requirements:
Age 22 to 27 years.
