Reliance Bangladesh gas power plant is a combined-cycle power project being developed in Bangladesh.

Role: Mechanical Lead-Maintenance

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily activities of all Mechanical Maintenance Engineers and control the performance of daily mechanical maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all plant mechanical equipment as required to support plant operation.
• Maintain and control spare parts inventor appropriately.
• Prepare reports, maintain maintenance records, and provide regular updates on maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Issue work requisition of spare parts and maintenance service supplies through the ERP system.
• Maintain mobile equipment and other assets in the power plant.
• Maintain a clean and safe plant environment.
• Train and develop other employees in maintenance skills.
• Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Cross-sectionally train in Mechanical and l&C as time permits.
• Assist in plant operation as required.
• Assist in the update of drawings and prints as changes are made.
• Provide leadership and job coordination on critical repairs or projects.
• Maintain positive community relations.
• Schedule all outage planning and direct the activities of the Engineers and Technicians.
• Develop an annual, monthly, weekly, and daily maintenance plan, prepare an annual maintenance budget, and monitor actual expenses to achieve them.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data, identify potential issues, recommend corrective actions, and determine maintenance schedules to optimize plant operation.
• Maintain an emergency recovery organization system for emergencies at the plant.
• Maintain a high degree of skill in typical PC-based business computing applications such as databases, word processors, spreadsheets, etc.
• Proactively participate in and contribute to the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO45001:2018 programs.
• Should be comfortable wearing PPE for any work inside the plants.
• Follow all kinds of company regulations and rules including EHS.
• Other than the above clauses, follow all instructions which are made by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
• A master's degree is preferred.
• Experience Requirements: 12 to 18 years (s).

Additional Requirements:

• Age at most 45 years.
• Decision-making capabilities, excellent communication, and strong leadership.
• Ability to read, write and understand instructions and procedures.
• Understanding of technology of Combined Cycle Power Plant (GE F-class GT machines experience preferred).
• Awareness of the importance of HSE compliance.
• Good English writing skills for preparing manuals, procedures, and reports.
