Role: Assistant Manager and Deputy Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct Periodic Internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
- Establish different types of Compliance protocols such as Ethical/Social compliance/CSR, Employee Welfare, and other standards as per buyers' demand.
- Coordinate Overall safety audits such as Fire, Structural, Electrical (RSC/NIRAPON), Environmental, and Traceability audits.
- Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues.
- Go through the visitor/buyer's comments (if any) made during their factory visit.
- Monitor the progress of implementation of customer and legal requirements.
- Identify compliance issues that require follow-up of investigation.
- Play a proactive role to avoid the risk of potential non-conformities.
- Analyze risk assessment reports and non-conformities reports submitted by internal compliance and audit team, and set corrective action plans against the NCs and communicate with the management accordingly.
- Attending the Compliance Training and/or Seminar arranged at home and abroad (if necessary) and Checking and reviewing all kinds of compliance-related activities by the cross-functional department.
- Monitor assigned tasks and activities of compliance team members.
- Check and monitor all kinds of third-party certificates, factory licenses and documentations update regarding factory compliance.
- Keep communication with external stakeholders.
- Disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities.
- Generate files appropriate for compliance reports with regulatory agencies.
- Serve as a confidential point of contact within the arena of compliance for employees to communicate with management, seek clarification on issues or dilemmas, or report irregularities.
- Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes.
- Consult with corporate attorneys as necessary to address difficult legal compliance issues.
- Discuss emerging compliance issues with management or employees
- Be a part of human resources departments to ensure the implementation of consistent.
- With various departmental functions in cases of compliance standard violations.
- Advise internal management or business partners on the implementation or operation of compliance programs.
- Provide employee training on compliance-related topics, policies, or procedures.
Requirements:
- B.Sc/M.Sc in any subject from a reputed university.
- PGD in Compliance will get preference.
- Skills Required: Buyer Handling.
- Experience Requirements: At least 2 years (s).
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Buyers Compliance (BSCI, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG).

- Age at most 45 years.
