Role: Assistant Sales Manager and Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proven track record on sales performance metrics, analyzing data, and generating reports to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understand their needs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide training and coaching to the sales team to enhance their skills and maximize performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Manage sales budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize expenses to ensure profitability.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing.
  • Experience: 7 to 10 years.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances.

Additional Requirements: 

  • Age at most 40 years.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): FMCG, Homecare and Personal Care, E-commerce, Etc.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, techniques, and principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Skills and Expertise: Computer Skills, Sales, Sales and Distribution, Sales Marketing, Sales Training, Team Leading Team Management and leadership, Teamwork, good communication skills, leadership, Negotiation Skills.
