Role: Head of HR, Admin, and Compliance 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Overseeing recruitment and selection processes to ensure that the best candidates are hired for each position.
  • Providing guidance and support to managers and supervisors on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and performance management.
  • Managing employee benefits and compensation programs, including health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to Bangladesh Labor Law and Accord requirements.
  • Developing and implementing training programs to ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Managing the administrative functions of the factory, including facilities management, maintenance, and security.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with government officials, industry associations, and other stakeholders.
  • Leading the development and implementation of environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.
  • Providing regular reports to senior management on HR, admin, and compliance issues, including progress against key performance indicators and recommendations for improvement.
  • Participating in industry forums and events to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in HR, admin, and compliance management.
  • Managing and leading a team of HR and administrative professionals to ensure that the factory operates efficiently and complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Overall, as the Head of HR, Admin, and Compliance, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the garments factory operates smoothly, complies with all relevant laws and regulations, and provides a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management.
  • Experience Requirements: At least 10 years (s).
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Expatriates Management.
