In this era of technology, the most common problem is a bad sleep cycle and insomnia. A good sleep routine is crucial for handling all the work and responsibilities. You may sleep the whole day but still feel weak because you are deprived of a deep night's sleep.

This generation has made a trend to remain awake the whole night or sleep late at night. They find all the work to do peacefully at night.

A college-going student, Redwan Hossain, shared with our writer, "I find a good time to study late at night as there is silence. Sometimes I like to spend time on my phone for the whole night, and I noticed that I am getting insomnia. I try hard to sleep at night, but for three years, I hardly had a healthy eight hours of night sleep".

This story is more or less common in every house. Some complaints about their children or older people personally sharing their sleeping issues.

Sleeping or resting is a must for better physical and mental health. You may have tried all the tricks mentioned in some books or YouTube videos, but still not working. You might be keeping yourself away from the secret to an enhanced sleep routine.

Andrew Huberman, neuroscientist and associate professor of neurobiology at Stanford University, mentioned in his social media that, "One of the foremost important rules for your good sleep routine is to view the morning sunlight every day. You should experience the sunlight view for at least 30 to 60 minutes a day by having a morning walk. Do this thing again in the afternoon, till the sunset."

"If this tip is impossible for you to follow, at least do this from your room window or balcony. Just a view for two to ten minutes will help you in this matter".

A few tips also include making a habit of waking up early so that you need to go to bed early. Try to spend the day as much productive way you can. Avoid sleeping during the afternoon or lunch. It reduces your need for night sleep.

Try to go to bed by 10 p.m. and avoid any gadgets during bedtime. The rays and radiation from your phone or laptop disturb your sleep and keeps the brain active for a long time. Avoid intake of caffeine after the evening time.

Try to refresh yourself around nature on weekends and free yourself from overthinking and anxiety. Spend free time with your family and friends or work, which gives you inner peace.

You can involve yourself in yoga, free hand exercises and meditation. This improves your mental health. Gradually you will notice a huge difference in your sleep cycle.
