Raw mango juice: Summer saviour for dehydration, immunity, and digestion

It's been a month, and the scorching heat of summer has already become torturous to the general people. With excessive heat and work pressure, the body is prone to dehydration due to the inability to drink water at the right time. Many people are already suffering from fever and cold. Coughing and sneezing have become regular health issues that we are dealing with. Raw mango juice can help in this condition. 

Apart from pure drinking water raw mango juice is beneficial in alleviating dehydration this summer. Raw mango is rich in vitamin C, which helps against various discomforts, such as colds, sneezing, watery noses, and fevers caused by hot weather. Raw mango contains polyphenols, a type of food substance that prevents damage and cuts. It weakens cancer cells and contains zinc, which helps boost the immune system and reduces appetite. It includes a significant food substance called mangiferin, an antioxidant that diminishes fat or bad cholesterol in our blood.

Good for fatty liver

Raw mangoes are especially beneficial for those with fatty livers. They contain dietary fibre, which helps to keep the stomach full for a long time and prevent indigestion. 

Digestion

Extreme heat affects our digestion system as well. The amount and types of food we consume this summer must be digested and digestible. For example, having red meat, Tehari, Khichuri or Polao-made items are heavy. After eating this rich food, one will feel thirsty. The problem would be severe in the night or during working hours. So, besides avoiding having these foods, raw mango juice can help relieve people. Because, it helps digestion by aiding in the digestion of food in our blood, increasing the level of certain enzymes.

Raw mango also contains iron and calcium, which are highly beneficial for pregnant women and people of all ages. However, those who suffer from excessive acidity can consume raw mango juice from morning until noon. Many people face problems with digestion if they consume acidic food at night.
