During monsoon, if one is bored and wants something tasteful and easy to make, these ramen recipes are for them. Only one packet of instant noodles can make the monsoon more flavoursome. These recipes only need a few ingredients and take less than 15 minutes. So, enjoy yourselves!
Kimchi Ramen
- ½ cup cabbage kimchi
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pack of instant noodles
- 1 scallion (green onions)
- ¼ teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons red pepper powder
- 5 mushrooms
Making
- In a pot, add vegetable oil and mushrooms and fry them for 3 minutes. Add kimchi and fry for 2 more minutes.
- Add sugar, sesame oil and bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, open up your pack of instant noodles and boil the noodles according to the instructions. Then transfer the noodles and broth to a bowl and serve it with scallion on top!
Seafood Ramen
- 6/7 shrimp
- 4 mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons of carrot
- 1 teaspoon of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 pack of instant noodles
- 1 scallion (for garnish)
Making
- To prepare the vegetables, add garlic and stir-fry the mushrooms and carrots in olive oil till they soften.
- Meanwhile, boil the noodles, transfer them to a bowl, and add the broth with vegetables. And with vegetables, add soy sauce, ginger and bring it to a boil.
- Add the noodles and shrimp and cover it to boiling fora few minutes. Then garnish with green onions.
Chicken Ramen
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 egg
- 2 mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 pack of instant noodles
- 1 scallion or chilli (for garnish)
Making
- Season the chicken with soy sauce and salt.
- Melt the butter, add chicken, and cook it for 5/6 minutes until both sides get golden brown. Cover it for another few minutes to get soften. And after that, cut the chicken into thin slices.
- Add garlic and ginger to another pot and cook for ½ minute until it gets brown, then add soy sauce and cook for another minute.
- Then add mushroom and salt and cook for 10 minutes.
- For the egg, take a pot with water to boil the egg. Keep it boiling for 9 minutes to get a soft yolk. After that, peel the egg and slice it in half.
- Meanwhile, chop scallions or chilli for garnish, boil instant noodles in another pot for 2/3 minutes, add sliced chicken and garnish with scallions and a soft-boiled egg.
