The global fashion industry has undergone significant transformation over the past two decades. Now, every feature of your body is customizable as per our demand. Cosmetic surgeries can stop your ageing from 50 to 25!  Age is just a number! Women remove wrinkles, and men replace baldness with full, lush hair. However, these enhancements often come with high costs. This is one reason Turkey, with its affordable prices for plastic surgery and hair transplants, has become a beacon of hope for those seeking to enhance their appearance without breaking the bank.

Istanbul, in particular, has seen a surge in hair transplant procedures, attracting people from around the world. The success rate of hair transplants in Istanbul is not just high; it's exceptional, giving you the confidence that you're in good hands. The costs are significantly lower than in many other countries, making it an appealing option for those seeking to restore their hairline.

Turkey's government substantially supports the hair transplant industry with government-recognized clinics that ensure high standards and quality.

This commitment to safety and quality should reassure you that you're making a sound choice. Financial incentives are also offered for medical tourists, further enhancing Turkey's appeal as a destination for medical procedures.

Approximate cost

The cost of hair transplants in Turkey varies depending on factors such as the number of grafts needed, the clinic, and the surgeon's expertise.

On average, the procedure costs between $1,200 and $3,000 (approximately BDT 1,40,000 to BDT 3 50,000), which is significantly lower than in Western countries.

Procedure

A hair transplant procedure involves moving hair follicles from a densely-haired donor to a bald or thinning recipient area. The two main methods are Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT) and Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE).

In FUT, a strip of scalp is removed from the donor area, and individual follicular units are dissected and implanted into the recipient area. In FUE, individual follicles are directly extracted from the donor area using a micro-punch and then transplanted.

The procedure, performed under local anaesthesia, generally takes between 4 and 8 hours. The transplanted hair typically falls out after a few weeks but begins to regrow within a few months, with full results visible in about a year.

In contrast, Bangladesh lacks financial incentives and government-approved clinics for hair transplants. Also, there are rarely trusted hair transplantation options here. A few certified centres are there, though they have yet to receive many acknowledgements.

However, experts have raised concerns about Turkey's black market for hair transplants. Despite these concerns, advancements in technology and medical techniques have made hair transplants a viable solution for hair loss, which affects self-confidence and self-esteem—opting for a hair transplant. Just move to Istanbul, roam around the historic city, and give yourself a lifetime change.
